Pet Policy

We Welcome Your Furry Friends!

At Brownstones, we know pets are part of the family! Our community features an onsite dog park, maintained by our dedicated staff, and spacious community parks just off property to the north — perfect for playtime with your pup.

Pet Policy:

  • Each townhome may have up to two (2) pets.
  • A refundable pet deposit of $300.00 is required.
  • A monthly pet rent of $35.00 per pet applies.

Breed Restrictions:

Certain breeds are considered restricted and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by management. The following breeds (or their mixes) are generally not permitted: Pit Bulls (including American Staffordshire Terriers and Staffordshire Bull Terriers), Rottweilers, Alaskan Malamutes, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chows, Dalmatians, Great Danes, St. Bernards, Wolf Hybrids, and Akitas.

Assistance Animals:

Assistance animals are not considered pets, and no pet fees, deposits, or rent apply. Prior approval is required before move-in. Please contact our leasing office for the necessary forms and documentation to request a reasonable accommodation.

PARKING POLICY

Max one (1) vehicle per lease signer on property.

Comments: Parking is available via attached 2- car garages, reserved carport parking, and open parking in accordance with community rules.

Restrictions: If you have an extra, discretionary vehicle, additional parking accommodations may be available. Contact us for additional information about our parking policy.
 

 

ATTACHED GARAGE PARKING

Attached 2-car garages with direct access to your unit are standard features of our 2- and 3-bedroom townhomes. Residents with garages must utilize garage areas for vehicle parking.

Comments: We do not offer any detached garages. 1-bedroom townhomes have open or reserved parking options available.

Restrictions: Vehicles must be parked in garage areas at all times while on property.
 

 

RESERVED CARPORT PARKING

Reserved, covered carport parking is available around the community and can be rented on a monthly basis. Carports feature night lighting for security and monitoring for parking enforcement.

Comments: All carport parking features night lighting for security and staff monitoring for parking enforcement.

Restrictions: Carport selection is given priority to residents without attached garage parking.
 

 

OPEN PARKING

Open parking is available throughout the community on a first-come, first-served basis for residents without garages and guest parking.

Comments: Residents are guaranteed availability of one (1) parking spot per parking permit, however the exact spot will vary based upon availability.

Restrictions: Residents utilizing open parking include those without attached garage parking and any short-term guest parking approved by community staff. Residents with garages are prohibited from utilizing open parking unless approved by community staff.
 

 

EV PARKING

The property welcomes electric vehicles with options available for charging your vehicle.

Comments: As part of the ChargePoint network, the property features three (3) community charging stations for six (6) vehicles in the common areas. In addition, each garage area includes electrical wiring to support a Level 2 charging right in your garage.

Restrictions: Users may only park in EV parking when actively charging their vehicle. While attached garages are pre-wired, any vehicle chargers or required adapters are not provided by community staff. Contact us for additional information about our EV parking options.
